January 1st | Anniversary of the Establishment of the Commonwealth of Australia. | |
January 26th | Australia Day, Anniversary of First Fleet arrival, Sydney Cove. (and on the Monday holiday associated with Australia Day). | |
February 6th | Anniversary of the Accession of Her Majesty The Queen. | |
April 25th | Anzac Day (flags half-mast till noon, then full-mast to sunset). | |
June 2nd | Anniversary of the Coronation of Her Majesty The Queen. | |
June 6th | Queensland Day. | |
June 10th | Birthday of the Consort of the Sovereign. | |

Birthday weekend. Second Monday in June (Except in W.A. where held in October). |

August 4th | Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. | |
September 3rd | Australia Flag Day (anniversary of our Flag, first flown in 1901) | |
October 24th | United Nations Day (the United Nations Flag should be accorded the position of honour). | |
November 11th | Remembrance Day (flag at masthead till 10.30 a.m.; at half-mast from 10.30 until 11.03 a.m.; at masthead from 11.03 a.m.; until sunset). | |
